Foundever is looking for a Compliance Analyst. This highly visible and client-facing position will be responsible for the validation of Compliance operations within the respective country/facility. This position will participate in the management and validation of physical, operational and information compliance, incident management ensuring the site(s) and business units comply with FOUNDEVER security policy, client contractual and regulatory requirements. Participation and engagement in validation of FOUNDEVER Global Compliance Structure, ensuring that recommendations are made to meet the needs of FOUNDEVER client. Contribute toward the development of the Compliance organization, participating in regular and frequent communication with regional line management, country stakeholders and their direct reports. Duties and Responsabilities Provide subject matter expertise during the client lifecycle, ensuring provision of timely and accurate responses to client Compliance matters; participates in audits, build-outs, reviews client contracts, answers questionnaires, conducts client risk assessments, advocates client security measures, measures compliance with contractual obligations, conducts go-live assessments. Review client and site implementations to ensure that they conform to existing policies and procedures, as well as all applicable local laws and regulations. Support the security organizations to prevent, respond to, investigate, resolve, and report claims of loss due to fraud or theft. Support and conduct assessments regarding claims of fraud, providing recommendation to peer groups in order to take steps to prevent additional losses to customers and/or clients, engaging with local, state and international law enforcement as required. Communicate security infractions, violations and compromises to regional line management, internal customers and department leadership where appropriate in a timely and concise manner. Supports the Global FOUNDEVER Security Operations Center and Corporate Emergency Response Teams to respond to physical and logical security events at the country, local and site level. Support the local implementation of Business Continuity Plans and/or Disaster Recovery Plans for the Center and Accounts, according to the requirements of the business and clients. Support the standardization of key processes including physical security, business continuity, crisis management plan, country risk evaluation and disaster recovery to assure consistency. Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to line management for consideration on identification of needs affecting the success of FOUNDEVER Compliance Organization strategy and objectives. Based on the analysis, advise management and country leadership on the appropriateness of developmental efforts to fulfill those needs. Support Client on-site and PCI audits within the site(s), providing evidence requested on key processes. Provide regular communications to FOUNDEVER’ business units on best practices, internal security policy, regulatory and privacy compliance, and contractual requirements. Maintain technical competence in security and auditing methods, tools, and best practices. Support corporate department leadership to provide insight to current security issues and will be responsible for moderately complex research and trending to assist with analysis and ensure overall global security performance. Conduct Physical & Logical Assessments. Provide administrative reporting, employee consultation and employee assessments for any assigned employees. Perform any other tasks, duties, or services requested by his/her immediate superior. Qualifications Degree required, or demonstrable role-related certifications required in a operational business management related field. 4 years audit experience. Available for business travel. Required Skills Very good written and oral communication skills English. Experienced in a variety of security architecture, concepts, techniques and technologies. Effective analytical abilities, strong interpersonal skills & the maturity & motivation to work independently. Must demonstrate a keen understanding of security as a business enabler. Effective project management skills, including the ability to plan, organize, prioritize, & balance multiple tasks and/or projects to ensure target dates & goals are achieved. Knowledge all client tools. Accurate monitoring & reporting of compliance and risk management metrics.
