Position Overview We are seeking a Project manager with strong experience in Scrum and frameworks for project management , who is also highly familiar with the Banking methodology . This person will be responsible for leading and coordinating the full software development lifecycle—from planning to production releases—ensuring quality, risk management, and alignment with project goals. The ideal candidate is self-driven, organized, and comfortable managing project execution with minimal client supervision. This is a hands-on role that combines team coordination, documentation, stakeholder management, and continuous delivery oversight. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and oversee the construction and integration of software components. Provide support in analyzing issues found during QA and functional testing. Identify project risks and propose mitigation strategies. Actively participate in production releases and follow-up on implementation. Lead the entire project delivery lifecycle—from planning through go-live—with minimal client supervision. Facilitate team meetings, client negotiations, and requirement gathering sessions. Prepare and manage key project documents: work plans, risk matrices, follow-up and monitoring reports. Foster team collaboration and ensure alignment with Scrum-based project execution. Technical Requirements Proficiency in Scrum and agile project management frameworks. Strong leadership and facilitation skills , especially for client-facing meetings and negotiations. Experience in gathering and documenting project requirements. Ability to manage project documentation including: Work plans Risk assessments Progress and status reports Prior experience working with or deep knowledge on banking. Leadership mindset and ability to motivate cross-functional teams. Results-oriented and proactive approach to delivery. Strong team player, open to sharing knowledge and fostering collaboration.
