Mobile Development Lead – iOS & Android

We're looking for individuals detail-oriented and organize. is looking for a Mobile Development Lead to join one of our strategic projects. This is a great opportunity for a seasoned mobile developer with leadership experience and a strong background in building applications across iOS, Android, and hybrid platforms . Remote | Full-time | Project-based (6 Months) Key Responsibilities: Lead the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android. Support the full mobile development lifecycle: concept, design, test, release, and support. Write clean, functional code and ensure app performance and quality. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize for performance. Work closely with the product team to plan and deliver new features. Ensure applications meet quality standards across new and legacy systems. Stay current with emerging mobile technologies and development trends. Manage build and deployment processes using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, and uDeploy. Technical Skills: Proven experience leading mobile development teams. Strong background in native , hybrid , and mobile web applications . Hands-on experience with Swift (iOS), Java (Android), third-party libraries, and APIs. Solid knowledge of DevOps tools: GitHub, Maven, Jenkins, GitLab, JIRA, Confluence, uDeploy, Kubernetes, etc. Understanding of OOP principles and modern architectural patterns. Demonstrable apps released on the App Store and/or Google Play. Soft Skills: Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to lead multiple streams within a build and delivery pipeline. Proactive, solution-oriented mindset. Comfortable starting with manual tasks and transitioning into automation.
