Key Responsibilities: Build, improve, and maintain software tools and internal platforms to support operations. Work collaboratively on feature planning and technical implementation tied to company goals. Develop integrations and automations using APIs and scripting tools. Write clean, reliable code, contribute to peer reviews, and follow engineering best practices. Ideal Qualifications: Strong knowledge of Python and JavaScript. Educational or professional experience in software development or a related area. Exposure to modern frameworks like Flask, React, or Node.js. Comfortable with version control tools like Git and methodologies like Agile or CI/CD. AI & Innovation Specialist (Non-Technical) This role is great for naturally curious individuals who thrive in experimentation, love learning new tools, and are excited about the intersection of tech and productivity—even if they don’t write code. Key Responsibilities: Research the latest in AI, no-code, and productivity tech to spot tools with business potential. Run hands-on tests, analyze results, and document takeaways and recommendations. Create demos, summaries, and training materials to support team-wide implementation. Help discover and integrate solutions that drive automation and smart workflows. Ideal Qualifications: Enthusiasm for AI, automation, and new digital platforms. Analytical thinking, quick learning, and a hands-on attitude.
