Job Responsibilities Oversee onboarding and training processes for new employees, ensuring a structured and seamless transition. Develop comprehensive training programs covering products, processes, and service expectations. Design and execute continuous learning initiatives, including skill development, coaching, e-learning, and workshops. Ensure training programs align with business objectives and improve employee performance, fostering a culture of service excellence. Collaborate with agencies and educational institutions for hiring temporary staff and interns. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree with 6 to 7 years of experience in training and operations; banking experience is a plus. Good communication skills.
