About the Company My client is a industry-leading quant trading firm. They are looking for a capable site reliability engineer to safeguard their innovative services and strategies. Key Responsibilities: You will be responsible for the continuous operation of the firm's Linux-based trading infrastructure, ensuring high availability. You will also provide second-level support such as rapid responses to emergencies, rotational on-call shifts, implementing scheduled updates, and in-depth analysis of performance issues. You will work with the Trading and Core Engineering team. Key Requirements: Expertise in the Linux production environments as well as operating system and network principles. Deep understanding of the usage of TCP/IP and UDP networking in applications Proven ability to design, build, and troubleshoot complex systems as well as lead large-scale migration. Experience working on site reliability engineering in a buy-side firm.
