Senior Site Superintendent ICI – GTA Projects Location: Greater Toronto Area (GTA) Schedule: Project-based construction hours About the Role Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Site Superintendent to oversee large-scale construction projects valued at $250 million and above . This role is ideal for a dynamic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and is passionate about delivering excellence in construction management. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor daily activities of all trade contractors and suppliers on-site. Track and report progress against the master schedule. Plan, schedule, organize, and control construction projects from inception to completion. Ensure all work complies with drawings, specifications, and safety regulations. Collaborate with Project Managers, Subcontractors, Owners, Engineers, and Architects. Lead project meetings with internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate trades to ensure seamless integration of work. Enforce corporate Health & Safety protocols. Identify and resolve issues with efficient, cost-effective solutions. Maintain detailed project documentation including daily reports, as-built drawings, and labor logs. Conduct regular quality control inspections. Candidate Requirements Experience managing construction projects with budgets of $250 million . 10-15 years of experience in a construction site superintendent role working on ICI projects. Post-secondary degree or diploma in a construction-related field (preferred). Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
