Job Description
Site Superintendent – Multi-Family Residential Construction Location: Edmonton, AB Type: Full-Time, Permanent Are you a seasoned Site Superintendent with a strong background in 4–6 storey wood-frame multi-family builds ? We’re partnering with a reputable general contractor to find a driven construction leader ready to take charge of exciting residential projects in Edmonton. What You’ll Do: Lead all on-site construction activities, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and inspections while maintaining high standards of quality and safety. Act as the primary on-site contact for project execution, site logistics, and workforce management. Monitor productivity, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with design specifications and safety regulations. Maintain accurate documentation including daily reports, safety logs, and deficiency tracking. ✅ What You Bring: 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Proven expertise in multi-family residential construction , particularly low- to mid-rise wood-frame buildings. Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage 30 subcontractors and vendors. Solid understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. Proficiency in MS Office and construction management tools. A proactive, safety-first mindset and a commitment to quality. Why This Role?
