Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager – Consultancy Location: Bristol Working Pattern: Office / Site-1 day per week WFH Overview An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing team within a well-established, high-performing multi-disciplinary consultancy. The role will be based in Bristol and will involve managing a range of commercial construction projects across the Infrastructure, S278, Industrial, and Logistics sectors . We are seeking a driven individual with a strong background in client-side project delivery , who can confidently manage multiple schemes from inception through to completion . You will be expected to take a lead role in delivering full Project Management and Contract Administration services, including tendering, scheduling, reporting, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead the delivery of commercial construction projects across the UK Manage projects from feasibility to handover, ensuring time, cost, and quality targets are met Undertake full contract administration duties and tender management Schedule and attend client meetings, providing progress updates and professional advice Carry out regular site visits and inspections (nationwide travel required) Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring strong communication throughout the project lifecycle Support the wider project delivery team while working independently on allocated projects Requirements Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects Strong knowledge of Infrastructure, S278, Industrial, or Logistics projects Comfortable in a client-facing role with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively Experience in contract administration, tendering, and construction programme management Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills What’s on Offer 50-65k Bonus & Benefits Long-term project pipeline and client stability Office-based working with 1 day per week remote working Opportunities to work on high-value, multi-phase regeneration and development schemes A collaborative and supportive working environment within a dynamic consultancy
