Senior Marketing & Communications Manager - GenAI

This role will lead on strategic high-impact campaigns and communications to position the firm as a market leader in AI for the legal and professional services sector. You will spearhead internal and external initiatives across the AI portfolio – including generative AI adoption, regulatory services, and tech consultancy – working closely with senior stakeholders to build brand, drive engagement, and generate revenue. What You’ll Do Shape and implement integrated marketing strategies to elevate the firm’s AI expertise. Lead thought leadership campaigns, PR initiatives, sponsorships, and flagship events. Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to deliver compelling, consistent messaging. Use data and digital tools to measure performance, optimise ROI, and inform decision-making. Manage relationships with media, agencies, and key internal stakeholders. Drive AI awareness and engagement across the firm, including internal comms and upskilling initiatives. What We’re Looking For Strong experience in professional services or legal sector marketing. Proven leadership in campaign development and stakeholder engagement. Knowledge of AI market trends, risks, and opportunities. Confident communicator who can influence at board level and inspire others. Creative thinker with a commercial mindset and a collaborative approach. Experience managing budgets and external suppliers.
