Conciërge/ Live-In Housekeeper / Caretaker (m/f/x) – Discreet, Hands-On & Bilingual (NL/FR - EN) Location: Private historic residence with operating distillery Full-time role with housing included Are you an experienced concierge or housekeeper , practical, and trustworthy with a strong sense of responsibility? We are looking for a live-in caretaker to manage the day-to-day cleaning, maintenance, and basic supervision of a beautiful historic site. You will be the go-to person for visitors, contractors, and suppliers, and ensure that everything runs smoothly, discreetly, and efficiently. Main responsibilities include: • Daily cleaning and waste management • Small maintenance and repair tasks • Welcoming and guiding visitors or suppliers • Managing access (keys, badges) • Support during deliveries, emergencies, and relocations • Assisting with on-site events in collaboration with the distillery team • Basic administrative tasks (sorting mail, invoices, etc.) Your profile: • Proven experience as a concierge, live-in caretaker or similar role • Highly discreet, dependable, and responsible • Fluent in NL, FR and/or EN • Technically skilled and hands-on • Flexible availability (occasional evenings/weekends) • Non-smoker, no pets (due to housing policy) We offer: • Stable full-time position with variety and responsibility • Comfortable on-site accommodation (required to live on premises) • Competitive salary • Pleasant working atmosphere in close contact with the family and distillery team Interested?
