Junior KYC coordinator

Location : Brussels (50% remote work) Permanent contract : Full-time (40h/wweek) Opportunities for learning and career growth Experience : 1 year of relevant experience As part of a team responsible for ensuring compliance with Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations , you will contribute to the recertification of a portfolio of international corporate clients with an annual turnover exceeding €7.5 million. The mission focuses on updating and validating KYC information in accordance with legal and regulatory standards, including cross-border requirements. As a Junior KYC coordinator , you will be responsible for: Manage a portfolio of KYC files requiring periodic review and update. Analyze the type of documentation and information required from clients based on their profile and regulatory obligations. Initiate and maintain direct contact with clients to request and follow up on required documents. Ensure timely collection and completeness of KYC files. Accurately encode and update client data in internal systems. Collaborate closely with relationship managers and compliance teams to resolve issues and ensure alignment with internal policies. Report progress and flag potential challenges to the team lead in a timely manner. Communicate with clients in French, Dutch, or English, depending on their preference. Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree 1 year of relevant experience Good expertise in MS Office Comfortable with various IT tools Strong interest in finance and banking (products) Knowledge of KYC is a plus Languages: French & Dutch : Strong written and spoken communication skills English : Profound knowledge Soft skills : Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented mindset Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Stress-resistant and flexible Accuracy, precision, and quality-driven Interested ?
