Main Requirements : Over 6 years of experience in sales and account management within full-service CRO sales. Well-connected with decision-makers in the life sciences sector. Skilled in engaging and influencing senior executives and C-suite leaders. Proven success in negotiating and closing complex deals. Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills. Able to identify client challenges and provide strategic solutions quickly. Highly organized and able to manage multiple sales stages simultaneously.
