About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Act as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert for digital onboarding capabilities within the merchant service product area. Define and prioritize the product backlog based on customer needs, business objectives, market trends, and competitive analysis. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, elicit feedback, and ensure alignment between business goals and the product roadmap. Create user stories, feature specifications, and acceptance criteria to guide the development team. Conduct market research, customer interviews, and usability studies to gain insights and drive data-informed decisions. Work with UX designers to create intuitive user interfaces that improve onboarding experiences. Coordinate with engineers and QA to ensure timely product delivery, including sprint planning and release management. Monitor product performance, usage metrics, and customer feedback for improvements. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital onboarding and merchant services. Promote a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team. What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications Experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in merchant services or FinTech. Success in delivering digital products with a focus on user experience and customer satisfaction. Understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in Agile environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Technical background and familiarity with software development processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration. Proactive attitude and passion for delivering high-quality products. Bonus Skills Knowledge of merchant platforms, payment systems, and compliance requirements. Experience in digital onboarding product development.
