The ERP Specialist will work closely with various departments to understand their needs and translate them into effective solutions. The candidate will join the Baan / Infor EMEA team Responsibilities : Implementation & Configuration : Participate in ERP implementations, including requirements gathering, system configuration, data migration, user training, and go-live support. Support : Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshooting issues, and resolving problems related to the ERP system. Perform regular system maintenance tasks and identify areas for optimization. Business Process Analysis : Identify opportunities for improvement through the use of the ERP system. Work with different departments to understand their requirements and translate them into effective solutions within the ERP system. System Integrations : Manage integrations between the ERP system and other applications. Ensure data integrity and seamless data flow between systems. Compliance & Security : Ensure the ERP system complies with relevant Otis regulations and security policies. Project Management : May be involved in managing small to medium-sized projects related to the ERP system Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience of minimum 10 years, in implementing, maintaining, and supporting Baan4, Baan5 or Infor LN. Strong understanding of business processes preferably in Finance area or Service, Project, Manufacturing. Fluent English. German is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical users, in an international environment.
