We are looking for an experienced Project Manager for the construction of a 9,500 pax base camp, intended to host workers involved in the construction of the Total LNG project on the Afungi peninsula, for the CCS JV client. Responsibilities: Lead the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Supervise engineering activities and the development of technical documents. Manage all activities involved in EPC projects, covering define and execution phases, including HSE, engineering, detailed design, construction supervision, contractual management, inspection, and quality control. Manage project budgets, keep projects on schedule, interface with regulatory authorities, supervise plant start-up, and facilitate turnover to the client. Competencies: Ability to work independently and organize resources effectively. Leadership and resource management skills. Proficiency with IT programs. Problem-solving attitude. Professional proficiency in English language. Qualifications: Minimum 7 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in building works projects abroad. Skilled in managing engineering activities and technical documentation. Knowledge of contract law related to construction projects. Degree in Engineering.
