In this role you will be collaborating with internal / external stakeholders for effective solutions. As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for : Analyzing learning needs, designs training solutions for Global Supply Chain, Project Execution, and Continuous Improvement. Managing learning activities, scheduling, delivery, tracking, and explore digital options for remote learning enhancement. Updating competency management digital infrastructure, communicate internal learning activities, and seek external benchmarks. Focusing on technical training for specific business functions, excluding leadership learning handled by HR. Overseeing trainers and coordinators for content delivery and logistical arrangements. To be successful in this role you will : Have a bachelor's from an accredited institution with proven experience in training design and delivery. Have exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills. Show demonstrated analytical prowess, organizational agility, and proactive entrepreneurial mindset in navigating complex, matrix organization. Be capable of leading moderate-impact activities, coordinating multiple projects, and influencing teams effectively. Be fluent in English and be able to read and write in Italian.
