Job Summary : The Tour Operations Specialist is responsible for executing and maintaining operational accuracy and vendor management for all tour components within an assigned territory. Handles all aspects of key line items within the operations systems from end to end. This position owns vendor, departure-specific updates, and confirmations for the territory, as well as supporting secure space and chase bids. Regularly meets with Product Managers, Designers, and Buyers to provide status updates and make relevant changes within the operating systems. The role aligns with the company’s Excellence and Revenue goals. Primary Functions : Builds strong relationships with vendors through clear communication to confirm and update tour components, vendor status, and records confirmations within the systems. Attends regional meetings to ensure operational consistency of vendor services with tour itineraries and identifies operational needs and deviations. Collaborates with multiple departments to ensure tour components are accurate and consistent, maintaining overall tour integrity for traveler satisfaction. Communicates with tour managers, buyers, product managers, and designers regarding vendor issues. Supports troubleshooting and resolution of vendor issues raised by Tour Managers. Assists in creating and maintaining tour documents and back-up options based on vendor denials. Monitors vendor communication and service status, attending to inquiries and issues. Builds non-required line items into the operational systems, including assigning services and creating suppliers and contracts. Assists with builds and audits of tour components with high accuracy. Supports securing tickets and other operational elements of the tour. Partners with regional teams to support FAMs and add dates processes. Assists with tour change updates and vendor messaging with accuracy. Knowledge and Skills : Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience. Experience in scheduling, logistics, supply chain, inventory, or ERP systems is a plus. High initiative, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills required. Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, positive, and professional demeanor. Excellent collaboration skills and adaptability to industry changes. Effective communication skills across all stakeholders. High technical ability to work within proprietary systems. Proficient in MS Office. J-18808-Ljbffr
