Why This Role Is Right for You You will join our International Service Delivery Team in Milano – Corso Sempione, where your main responsibility is to support international Banks in Europe. Your primary responsibility is to ensure Nexi delivers what has been contractually agreed upon and to be overall operationally responsible for the assigned clients. You will be part of an ambitious Service Delivery team, located across five countries in Europe, where strong communication skills, teamwork, and curiosity are key! About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Be operationally responsible for the day-to-day relationship with international Banks Act as the primary customer-facing representative Participate in a team with clearly defined roles and responsibilities Chair and schedule customer operational meetings Maintain customer documentation Ensure fulfillment and delivery of SLAs Manage SLA reporting Support the invoicing process Handle customer complaints alongside the Key Account Manager Address boundary issues related to existing SLAs (e.g., what is included/not included in the service) Execute internal projects to improve collaboration and customer experience Handle customer service requests and change requests, including creating business cases, obtaining customer approval, follow-up, and invoicing Arrange and conduct meetings with internal teams to focus on backlog issues such as Incidents, Problems, Changes, and service requests What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference.
