Social network you want to login/join with: Pressteck S.p.A., a leader in the mass production of high-precision deep drawn components for the automotive and electro valve industries, is looking for a Project Manager to join our dynamic team at our Muravera (Sardegna) production site. What You’ll Do: As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful execution of client projects from concept to completion. Your responsibilities will include: Leading and coordinating cross-functional project teams. Organizing and conducting meetings with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders. Reviewing contracts and supply agreements to extract and manage special requirements. Creating and updating PFMEAs (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis). Writing and maintaining operating instructions and procedures. Participating in production problem-solving initiatives. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients regarding project updates. Analyzing production efficiency and identifying opportunities for improvement. Ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met using tools like Gantt charts and Microsoft Project. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in project management, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive environment. Strong leadership and team coordination skills. Excellent communication and mediation abilities. Fluent in Italian and English (spoken and written). Proficiency with Microsoft Project and Gantt chart planning. Skilled in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.). Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies (e.g., PFMEA, root cause analysis).
