At KCA, our engineering skills are used on demand, tailoring solutions to client specifications. Driven by continuous growth, we are seeking a Procurement Specialist for our manufacturing location in Bressana, Bottarone (PV), to join our Material Department. The role focuses on checking open purchase orders in SAP daily, controlling supplier delivery timeliness, contacting suppliers directly, and monitoring delivery status of materials. Main Responsibilities: Organize transportation for materials ready for collection from suppliers. Manage couriers and organize transport of materials to and from suppliers. Coordinate transportation of customer orders, ensuring schedule compliance. Prepare orders for external processing via SAP Subcontracting Cockpit, collaborating with warehouse for raw material pick-up and shipping preparations. Create P.O.s in SAP for all consumables and support urgent P.O.s. Backup activities for the purchasing department, including master data creation in SAP. Procure materials and manage supplier relationships, verifying open orders and supporting warehouse planning. Support warehouse staff with shipment planning and organization. Analyze performance and costs of couriers. Qualifications and Experience: • 3 years in internal logistics management within structured production companies. • Excellent SAP (S4/Hana) skills, especially in master data and MM module; PP module is a plus. • Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, Vlookups). • Experience with warehouse coordination and internal logistics in production environments. • Knowledge of stock management procedures in SAP (MRP, reorder points, safety stock, Kanban). • Experience in inventory and cycle counts using SAP. • Intermediate Italian and English language skills.
