We are recruiting for an important joint venture in the recycling market and are looking for an ERP Specialist - Finance . Core Responsibilities: Lead European ERP implementations, focusing on financial modules, and provide strategic advice to Business Owners and Key Users. Deliver top-tier Infor ERP solutions to improve financial performance, compliance, and reporting. Manage end-to-end implementation of the Infor M3 ERP system, especially the financial modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management). Design, configure, and customize ERP systems to meet business needs, ensuring alignment with accounting principles and standards. Coordinate with external ERP consultants and oversee upgrades, migrations, and optimization projects. Advise on ERP functionalities, best practices, and support financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Collaborate with Finance Teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Guide Finance Teams on financial workflows, internal controls, and compliance (GAAP, IFRS, SOX). Work with CTO and other stakeholders on ICT and financial projects. Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful ERP project delivery. Job Requirements Must Have: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, IT, or related field. Fluency in Italian and English (spoken and written). Experience in consultancy or IT departments with similar roles. Experience with major ERP systems (Infor, SAP, JDEdwards, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite). Proven ERP implementation experience for financial processes. Deep understanding of financial accounting standards (GAAP, IFRS, SOX) and local regulations. Advanced ERP system configuration skills for core financial modules. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt in fast-paced environments. Nice to Have: Additional European language skills. Leadership and organizational skills.
