As an Information Systems Expert, you will provide innovative systems to support our logistics operations. Your Responsibilities Serve as the first point of contact for local information systems, gathering and analyzing functional logistics requirements from internal and external customers. Supervise and monitor the proper functioning of information systems, primarily focusing on Blue Yonder WMS, and perform regular maintenance activities. Create and update documentation of implemented and configured processes and systems, track change logs for all modifications. Design and implement integrations between customer ERPs and other satellite systems to meet business needs and ensure efficient goods workflow. Develop, implement, and deliver training sessions to key users to support system learning, considering the average user learning curve. Continuously improve local WMSs and other information systems tools to maximize efficacy, address issues, and facilitate faster goods workflow. Provide Functional Requirements Specifications to developers for new features required by WMS. Your Skills and Experiences 2-5 years of experience in a 3PL company, specifically with WMS implementations. Proven success in completing projects related to information systems, software integration, calibration, or troubleshooting. Deep knowledge of information systems such as ERPs and WMSs in operational environments like warehouses or factories. Experience working in metric-oriented, data analysis environments with strict SLAs and deadlines, using ticketing systems to prioritize issues and tasks.
