RINA is currently recruiting for a Legal Advisor to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Rome or Bari, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division. Mission We are seeking a Public Procurement Lawyer - Infrastructure to join our offices located in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy. This role offers an opportunity to contribute significantly to our Inspection body, which operates according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. Learn more about our commitment here: https://www.rina.org/it/rinacheck Key Accountabilities Supervise the execution of service contracts with public administrations, ensuring regulatory compliance. Ensure supervision of regulatory compliance of corporate operational and organizational models, contributing to the development and updating of internal procedures in collaboration with other functions. Carry out inspections based on project documentation, especially tender specifications and contract outlines. Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients. Ensure accurate data entry into RINA systems following established procedures. Ensure all activities are executed in accordance with the Rina Check Quality Management System. Comply with HSE Policies, Procedures, and Guidelines. Be aware of the quality of your work and its impact on service delivery; contribute to QMS improvements. Manage direct liaison with customers, suppliers, and field personnel. Education Master’s Degree in Law Qualifications Experience working with both private and public stakeholders in the construction sector is essential. Expertise in inspection practices per the UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020 standard. Background in administrative law and public contracts is desirable. Registration in the relevant professional register is mandatory. Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in the field required.
