Job Description

RINA is currently recruiting for a Civil Infrastructure Certification Senior Project Manager to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy within the Transport & Infrastructure Certification Division. Mission RINA is also recruiting for a Senior Project Manager - Infrastructure to join its office in Genoa, Milan, Bari, or Rome, Italy within the Inspection body Rina Check S.r.l. , operating according to the standard UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. More information can be found here: https://www.rina.org/it/rinacheck Key Accountabilities Coordinate external and internal teams of professionals. Carry out inspections based on project documentation. Manage contacts and maintain relationships with public and private clients. Issue and sign inspection reports. Coordinate and plan field assignments for project management activities. Manage one or more projects or clients. Plan and schedule workload of field personnel, ensuring understanding and fulfillment of assignment requirements. Assist field personnel in executing their responsibilities. Evaluate field personnel performance. Ensure data entry into RINA systems complies with procedures. Ensure activities are executed according to Rina Check Quality Management System. Comply with HSE policies, procedures, and guidelines. Be aware of the quality of work and its impact on service delivery; contribute to QMS improvements. Manage relationships with customers, suppliers, and field personnel. Keep stakeholders informed of progress and issues, managing expectations. Ensure services meet requirements within cost and delivery targets. Education Master’s Degree in Engineering or Architecture. Qualifications Experience with private or public stakeholders in construction, in areas such as inspection, design, or construction supervision according to UNI CEI EN ISO/IEC 17020. Technical and administrative management experience from design through construction phases. Registration in relevant professional registers. At least 5 years of experience.
