Based in Milan , you’ll collaborate with a team that is driving innovation and delivering exceptional solutions to our customers. About Your Future Role In this position, you will: Prepare and review internal test plans Manage software migration releases across different environments Identify, recommend, and implement improvements to methodologies, processes, and tools to enhance testing effectiveness at both project and company levels Define and track project KPIs, sharing reports with the test team and project stakeholders Interact with clients to provide problem resolution, proactively collaborating to meet agreed quality objectives Prepare and review test plans with clients and monitor progress Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders (project management, business analysis, development) to ensure quick and high-quality issue resolution Schedule and lead regular alignment meetings with the test team to share project progress and knowledge Occasionally review automation test deliverables Manage test-related communications with clients Use test management tools, preferably Jira-Xray or Jira-Zephyr What Makes You a Great Fit We’re looking for someone eager to make a difference. Here’s what we value: Essential Qualifications: At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in international projects Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and test strategies Experience in managing test teams and coordinating activities across different testing phases Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment Ability to work independently while managing priorities according to project needs Fast learning and adaptability to different technologies Attention to detail and a structured, methodical approach Proficiency in English (B2 level or higher) Bonus Skills: Experience with payment systems and credit card processing Strong multitasking skills and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines Even if you don’t check every box, your unique potential and willingness to learn could set you apart.
