The KC-767A Italy Tanker Program supports the Italian Air Force (ltAF) KC-767A fleet located at [location]. This program is part of the International Government Services of Boeing Global Services Division. Boeing Global Services (BGS) is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist . Responsibilities include: Supporting supply chain management planning, organization, execution, and integration activities related to the KC-767 Tanker Performance Based Logistics (PBL) contract. Interfacing with program management, technical office, asset management, supplier management, forwarders, warehousing personnel, suppliers, and the customer. Handling procurement and repair requests, tracking orders, and supporting metrics to resolve issues. Managing inventory control, monitoring customer requirements, and tracking asset movements through repair cycles. Coordinating import/export activities between the U.S. and Italy in compliance with all applicable regulations. Implementing supply chain optimization solutions and maintaining contact with international teams and suppliers. Working flexible hours as required. Additional responsibilities: Physical inventory management, stocktaking, reporting, and cycle count planning. Managing parts receipt, customs logistics, and repair cycles. Supporting warehouse quality and safety audits, tool kit management, and continuous improvement initiatives. Maintaining compliance with TULPS and supporting maintenance teams with parts and queries. Qualifications: Required skills/experience: MS software, ERP systems, adaptability, data orientation, lean/continuous improvement mindset, supply chain and repair experience. Preferred skills/experience: customer interaction, aviation supply chain, defense contracts experience, belonging to “Categorie Protette” L.68/99 art.1. Education and experience: Typically an advanced education (e.g., Bachelor’s degree) and 3 years of related experience or equivalent.
