Role : Customer Service Representative for a global client Environment : Dynamic and international Key Responsibilities : Handle inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. Provide support with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. Ensure a top-tier customer experience through excellent service. Follow up on customer requests and escalate issues when needed. Requirements : Soft skills : Strong problem-solving and communication abilities. Residence : Must already reside in Malta. Experience : Prior customer service experience is preferred but not required.
