Responsibilities: Monitor the reference market, potential clients, distributors, and competitors' behavior, collecting data for strategic decisions; Scout new leads and prospects, manage and oversee active clients, conduct visits, and participate in trade fairs and sector events; Manage and close negotiations respecting commercial policies; Provide regular sales reports (revenue, clients, orders, etc.) to headquarters; Handle issues or conflicts with clients (complaints, non-conformities, delivery requests, delayed payments, etc.) according to company policies.
