Leading internal projects and external cooperation, with an important operative/technical part Using your technical knowledge to break down technical problems and assign sub-tasks to team members Motivating and engaging team members to accomplish project tasks and meet deadlines Reporting project activities to the Research Manager, proactively discussing bottlenecks and project risks What are we looking for? 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role Fluent in Italian and English, both spoken and written Ability to think outside the box Good attitude towards operational work and team leadership Empathy and relation-based work approach Experience in HVAC&R field is preferred but not required PhD is a plus but not required J-18808-Ljbffr
