Main Responsibilities: Scheduling appointments and meetings Handling and redirecting emails and phone calls Support in organizing travel arrangements: booking flights, accommodation, and transport (both domestic and international), and preparing itineraries Supporting in events planning, including coordination with suppliers Collecting and managing digital files and presentations Requirements: University degree or high school diploma Previous experience, whether in the same or a different industry, is appreciated.
