Join to apply for the Capex and Opex Industrial Controller role at Christian Dior Couture 1 day ago Be among the first 25 applicants Join to apply for the Capex and Opex Industrial Controller role at Christian Dior Couture Position The resource, directly reporting to the Industrial Controlling Manager, will be responsible for managing the operative expenses and capex for shoes and leather goods business. Defining and improving flows and processes, preparing and monitoring the budget and 3YP/5YP, closing activities with analysis of actual vs budget variances, and preparing reports for management. Job responsibilities Review and standardize the process between the divisions. Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, and 3YP/5YP process for capex and opex Analyze actual vs. budget variances and prepare reporting for top management Ensure that every investment is supported by a business case and return on investment , fact-based analysis for business related decisions; Manage all operating costs (electricity, rent, security, cleaning, maintenance cost, industrialization, staff training cost, vehicles fleet cost, tools etc.); Monitoring the progress of projects vs budget in terms of deadline, time, cost, returns and other parameters. Drive and report capex and opex efficiently Ensure compliance with deadlines Define, implement, and continuously improve processes and workflows to enhance efficiency and accuracy for all the Plants. Become business partners to operations function. Monitor and enhance monthly analysis and optimize operating expenses vs budget. Provide reports to top management. Ensure the integrity of data. Address internal audit requirement. Profile Bachelor’s degree in Degree in Economics , Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance controlling. Strong knowledge of financial principles, practices, and regulations. Proficiency in financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Advanced proficiency in financial software and ERP systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. English – fluent Additional information Christian Dior was the designer of dreams.
