Who We Are We’ve got some thrilling projects lined up, and we’re currently focused on the construction of biometano plants in Italy, between Verona and Mantova (close to each other). These plants, consisting of two 300mc and two 500mc units with an approximate budget of 10 million per project, will play a crucial role in transforming organic waste into clean energy. We need your expertise to help us make it happen! What You’ll Do As our Site Manager, you’ll be the go-to person on-site, overseeing the successful construction of our biometano plants. Under the supervision of the Project Manager, your role will involve: Follow-up, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring assigned projects Review all subcontracted deliverables, arrange internal review processes, and establish corrective actions if needed Coordinate subcontractors Perform quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance, and report on the project's status Collaborate with the Technology, Engineering, and Construction teams to create efficient project methods and maintain profitability Ensure compliance with applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications (local and EU) Who You Are We’re looking for someone with: Experience : At least 2 years as a Site Manager or in a similar role within biometano projects. You know your stuff and have the skills to back it up!
