District Manager

KMD, Master Dealer SKY is seeking to hire 3 District Managers dedicated exclusively to the development and management of SKY operations in Calabria, Campania, and Puglia. The responsibilities include: Ensuring constant monitoring of the commercial objectives within the assigned area. Maintaining a proper oversight of the sales network, identifying appropriate development actions. Supporting and motivating staff at sales points within their area in proposing the services offered. Providing qualitative and quantitative feedback to aid the development of the assigned sales points. Conducting scouting activities to find new suitable sales points for the operators' services. The ideal candidates will have: Significant experience in the Telecommunications/Energy sector. Strong goal-oriented attitude. Ability to operate within an organized and structured company environment. Leadership and guiding skills. Knowledge of various B2B channels.
