Job Title: (Senior) Customer Success Manager Italy, Modena Job Description: Your mission: You are responsible for our Italian customers and handle all communication . You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage . You identify potential obstacles in the onboarding process and work with customers and colleagues to resolve them. You handle upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help to improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile: At least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. A structured, organized approach, even under stress, managing multiple tasks. Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense situations. Willingness to travel to customer sites. Native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in automotive or software sectors is a plus but not essential. Why us?
