You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) for our product usage . You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and work to eliminate them with customers and colleagues. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. Through close contact with customers, you help improve our product and processes . Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proof of successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress: managing multiple tasks simultaneously is familiar to you. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or software sector is a plus but not essential.
