You are introducing innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for the training of operational managers (remotely/on site) for our product usage . You identify possible “stumbling blocks” in the onboarding project and eliminate them in coordination with customers and colleagues from other areas. You are in charge of upgrading our solution for existing clients. Through your proximity to the customer, you help to continuously improve our product and processes . Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, ideally with proof of your own successful projects. A structured and organized way of working, even in stressful situations: you are used to managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Clear and confident communication at C-level, even in tense environments. Willingness to travel to our customers. You are native or bilingual in Italian, confident in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience in the automotive or software environment is a plus but not required.
