You introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on product usage . You identify and resolve potential issues during onboarding in coordination with customers and colleagues. You oversee upgrades of our solutions for existing clients. You help improve our product and processes through close customer contact. Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven success. You work in a structured and organized manner, even under stress, managing multiple tasks. You communicate confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, fluent in English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
