You will introduce innovative payment processes for car dealer groups and other industries. You are responsible for training operational managers (remotely/on-site) on our product usage . You identify potential stumbling blocks in onboarding projects and coordinate with customers and colleagues to eliminate them. You are in charge of upgrading our solutions for existing clients. Through close customer contact, you help improve our products and processes . Your profile You have at least 5 years of experience in digital (multi) project management, with proven successful projects. You work in a structured and organized manner , even under stress, managing multiple tasks effectively. You communicate clearly and confidently at C-level, even in tense situations. You are willing to travel to customer sites. You are native or bilingual in Italian, proficient in business English, and eager to work in a fast-paced environment.
