Senior Sap Project Manager

We're considering candidates located in Guadalajara and Mexico City . Responsibilities: Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables. Developing detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets. Managing resources, including internal and external teams. Monitoring project progress and providing regular status updates. Coordinating with stakeholders, including business users, IT teams, and vendors. Managing expectations and communicating project progress effectively. Identifying and mitigating project risks and issues. Developing contingency plans to address potential challenges. Ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and methodologies. Monitoring project quality and ensuring deliverables meet requirements. Leading and motivating project teams. Facilitating team meetings and problem-solving sessions. Mentoring and coaching team members. Mandatory Skills Description: Bachelor of Arts/Science or equivalent degree in Computer Science or related area of study 10 years of SAP experience. Understanding of SAP modules, functionalities, and industry-specific configurations. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, and other project management approaches. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences. Ability to lead, motivate, and manage project teams effectively. Ability to identify and resolve project issues. Bilingual (Spanish/English) Languages: English: B2 Upper Intermediate
