Account Manager

EXTE, a Global Leading Ad Tech Provider, is seeking a motivated and experienced account manager Our mission is to design comprehensive advertising solutions based on creativity and technology to ensure brand value within the advertising ecosystem and relevance for agencies, media, and users; offering advertisers the right audience in a safe and brand privacy-respecting environment. Based in Mexico , the Account Manager will report to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for achieving revenue targets and business goals within a profitable portfolio of agencies . Key Responsibilities Understand client strategies in collaboration with the Sales Leader to ensure that proposals (RFPs) align with both client needs and EXTE’s capabilities. Work closely with ad operations, media solutions, and sales teams to ensure proper campaign execution and optimal performance. Attend and participate in client meetings, weekly working sessions, and other key events. Oversee advertising campaigns and provide recommendations to optimally achieve client objectives. Monitor, anticipate, and resolve campaign-related issues. Collaborate with team members to improve campaign performance and contribute to a high-performing team. Provide detailed delivery reports on campaign status regularly and conduct quarterly business reviews with key clients. Lead technical troubleshooting for live campaigns. The Ideal Candidate 2 to 4 years of experience in the digital media ecosystem. Strong understanding of media agencies and a passion for media and online advertising . Excellent customer service skills and the ability to efficiently, effectively, and courteously handle inquiries. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Impeccable English, both spoken and written. Your Profile You are passionate about advertising, programmatic media, and the Ad Tech ecosystem . Experience with DSP platforms is a plus. You have a solid understanding of the digital landscape and how it operates .
