P&L Ownership Take full accountability for the region’s Profit & Loss, ensuring financial targets are met or exceeded. Monitor and report on key financial metrics, providing transparency and actionable insights to stakeholders. 2. Operational Excellence Oversee all logistics operations across Mexico, including transportation, warehousing, and last-mile delivery. Implement strategies and best practices to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure high service quality. 3. Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse and high-performing team. Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. 4. Market Expansion Identify and execute growth opportunities to strengthen JD Logistics’ market presence in Mexico. Build and maintain relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business development. 5. Budget Management Develop and manage the regional budget, optimizing resource allocation while maintaining cost control. Balance financial discipline with operational effectiveness to support strategic goals. 6. Compliance and Risk Management Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Proactively identify and mitigate risks to protect operations and maintain business continuity. Qualifications Experience and Expertise 10 years of senior leadership experience in logistics, supply chain management, or related fields. Demonstrated success in managing P&L and achieving financial and operational goals. Comprehensive knowledge of logistics operations and market dynamics in Mexico. Leadership and Management Skills Proven ability to lead large, diverse teams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Strong strategic planning and execution skills to drive results and organizational growth. Business Acumen Expertise in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization. Customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering exceptional service and building robust client relationships. Preferred Qualifications Fluency in Mandarin is highly preferred to facilitate communication with functional teams at headquarters.
