They are currently looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to be part of their in-house Legal team. This is an exciting opportunity to work on diverse commercial, corporate, and regulatory matters spanning multiple industries including logistics & transportation and mining & energy. Responsibilities: Lead the drafting, reviewing, and negotiation of a wide variety of contracts covering commercial, corporate, financial, and compliance issues across different sectors. Act as the primary legal advisor to international business units, supporting their transactions and day-to-day operations with practical legal guidance. Provide strategic input on dispute resolution and help manage legal risks to safeguard the company’s interests. Coordinate and oversee external law firms when specialized legal expertise is required. Monitor and ensure that the company’s activities are fully compliant with applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies. Drive special projects and assist with other legal initiatives as assigned by senior management. Requirements: A qualified lawyer admitted to practice in a recognized common law jurisdiction such as Singapore, UK, Australia, or the US. At least 6 years of experience, either in an international law firm or in-house at a multinational corporation. Proficient in both English and Mandarin. Strong analytical thinking paired with clear, confident communication skills. A dependable professional with integrity, capable of working autonomously and managing priorities under tight deadlines. Open to international travel as part of the role.
