Your Expertise: What You'll Bring to Our Singapore Team A strong academic foundation with a Bachelor’s degree in information technology, or a related field. A proven track record (minimum 20 years) of success in client-facing roles within the IT services or system integration industry in Singapore or a comparable market, ideally with experience as a Client Success Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or similar, with a demonstrable history of managing complex AI/Data, Hybrid Infrastructure, and IT Security projects. Deep understanding and practical experience in Application (AI/Data) , Hybrid Infrastructure , and Security domains, relevant to the Singaporean market. Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth within existing client accounts in Singapore through strategic upselling and cross-selling initiatives, particularly in areas like AI/ML solutions, cloud migration, and advanced cybersecurity services.
