To succeed in this role, you should have a relevant degree in Industrial Psychology or Human Resource Management, with a minimum of 5 years of experience as an OD Generalist or HR Generalist. At least 3 years of relevant experience in training and development. A valid drivers licence is required. Strong facilitation skills, especially in conflict situations, along with integrity and professionalism, will be valuable to thrive in this position.
