Job Description
Job Type: Full-Time - Contract Purpose of the Role The Product Specialist will play a critical role in supporting, enhancing, and evolving a Treasury Management Platform to meet Foreign Exchange (FX) and broader treasury requirements. This role involves analyzing and documenting existing system functionality, engineering new integration solutions, and ensuring the platform continues to meet the business's strategic and operational needs. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document the current functionality of the platform and its application within the treasury environment. Lead the design and implementation of solutions for future platform integration requirements, including APIs and backend systems. Act as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure project alignment and successful delivery. Support end-users with advanced troubleshooting, platform insights, and knowledge sharing. Drive the detailed scoping and functional analysis of new product features and enhancements. Monitor system performance and recommend improvements to enhance platform efficiency and alignment with business needs. Stay informed on industry trends and propose solutions that ensure the platform remains competitive and compliant. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field. Certifications in Financial Systems, Treasury Technology, or Business Analysis will be advantageous. Experience Required 5 years' experience working with treasury or financial markets platforms within a banking or financial services environment. Experience in solution design, systems analysis, and backend/API integrations. Strong understanding of FX, money markets, or capital markets processes. Proven ability to work across both technical and business-facing functions. Technical & Functional Skills Strong background in treasury technology platforms and their architecture. Experience with system integrations (APIs, middleware, databases). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications. Familiarity with SDLC and agile project methodologies. Understanding of treasury operations, settlements, and market data flows.
