Job Description
Business Improvement Officer - FTC 24 Months Overview: We’re looking for a proactive and solutions-driven individual to help drive continuous improvement across various departments like Manufacturing, Project Management, Supply Chain, and Commercial. If you enjoy solving problems, improving systems, and making meaningful changes, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Process Improvement: Lead improvement projects aligned with company goals. Identify process issues and implement practical solutions. Use methods like Lean, Six Sigma, or PDCA to improve efficiency. Map and redesign processes with team input. Facilitate workshops and team collaboration sessions. Data & Business Intelligence: Build and maintain dashboards (especially in Power BI) for tracking performance. Turn data into useful insights for decision-making. Train teams to use data tools and reports effectively. Continuously refine dashboards based on feedback. Digital & System Improvements: Work with IT to digitize and improve business processes. Help optimize and automate systems like ERP (SAP Business One). Suggest tech-based solutions that enhance productivity and traceability. Support digital transformation initiatives across departments. Change & Stakeholder Management: Drive change by challenging old ways and encouraging new methods. Build strong relationships with staff at all levels. Clearly communicate project updates and outcomes. Keep documentation organized and follow up on key actions. Project Delivery: Manage project timelines, deliverables, and key metrics. Track progress and evaluate impact. Help develop standard procedures, process guides, and training materials. Requirements: Experience & Skills: At least 5 years of experience in business improvement or similar roles. Strong project management and communication skills. Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies. Skilled in data analysis and visualization (especially Power BI). Tech-savvy, with a good understanding of systems and digital tools. Confident facilitating workshops and leading change. Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, IT, or similar. Background in manufacturing, supply chain, or project management is a plus.
