As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities within the temporary employment services sector. What you’ll do: Market research Lead generation: Identify potential clients and industry trends to drive business expansion. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with businesses requiring temporary staffing solutions. Sales Negotiation: Develop proposals, present TES Services, and negotiate contracts to secure new business. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with internal teams to align workforce solutions with client needs. Compliance Risk Management: Ensure adherence to labor laws and TES regulations in all business dealings. Performance tracking: Monitor key business metrics, revenue growth and client satisfaction. Networking and Brand Positioning: Represent the company at industry events, conferences and networking opportunities. Identify areas to increase growth and profitability. Identify and develop new markets to position Temporary Employment Services and Workforce Management. Setting op calls, and present Talent Solution proposals to leads and prospects. Understand competitor analysis and adjusting marketing strategies to grow faster than the competitor. Continuously monitor changing customer and market trends to identify areas of business growth. Execute business and marketing strategies for discovering new clients and business nationally. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reach monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets. Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients’ needs. Proposal Bid Quality Support. Your expertise: 8 years experience in Strategic sales in a B2B (Business to Business) environment. Proven experience in business development in Workforce Management and Temporary Employment Services. Qualifications: Grade 12 Computer Literacy – MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams) Basic Financial Management with understanding of GP Margins Preferred qualifications: Business Management degree in Sales and Marketing, or related Business Degree Other information applicable to the opportunity: Permanent Position Location : Midrand Why work for us?
