Job Description
Our client is looking for a Receptionist and Personal Assistant to join their team. Minimum requirements: Excellent telephone etiquette Willing to work overtime (paid) Matric Experience in a similar role Drivers licence and own reliable transport Duties will include: Handling incoming telephone calls and reception duties Assisting clients and managing general inquiries Providing personal assistant support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Performing general office administration tasks Coordinating functions and events as needed Typing, filing, and document management (liaison) Welcoming and attending to clients visiting the CEO Managing communication and correspondence in both Afrikaans and English Utilizing MS Word and Excel for administrative tasks Building and maintaining strong interpersonal relationships Applying effective problem-solving skills in daily tasks Remuneration: R13 000 - R15 000 CTC per month IMPORTANT: Applications close 13 June 2025 If you did not receive feedback within 14 days, your application is unsuccessful Only applications submitted via the Ditto Jobs platform will be considered Only candidates who meet all our client's minimum requirements will be contacted
