Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Dutch/English) Location: Utrecht/hybrid Salary: depending on experience Contract: Full-time, permanent (Monday to Friday) Are you looking for an entry-level role where you can utilise your language skills with genuine opportunities for growth and progression and contribute to a growing and expanding company? In this role, you’ll be dealing with customer enquiries, networking with design offices, and ensuring a stellar customer experience. This is an entry-level role with no previous experience required and will give you the opportunity to grow within an expanding, hungry and multilingual company! Networking with and pitching to local design offices and gathering new contacts Delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring accurate, helpful, and friendly assistance. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Occasional travel to trade shows may be required.
